CB XV is made of spalted endgrain beech, arranged in a bookmatch pattern, and treated with multiple coats of food grade walnut oil. It’s about 9-1/2″ square, and about 7/8″ thick, and, on its legs, stands about 1-1/4″ above your counter. Or table top. Or floor, if that’s where you like to work.
