As of my writing this, CB XI is the biggest of the paddle type of boards I’ve made so far. It’s got a handy hanging hole handle (how’s that for alliteration?) and is bookmatched red, or soft, maple. It’s best used for serving or presenting, and light cutting, as soft maple is not as hard as hard maple. Well, duh. It’s treated with multiple coats of food grade walnut oil.
